DESCRIPTION
The Compact series is the proposal for compact cabinets with or without inner door of medium and large designed for all applications where corrosion is a discriminating factor. Product can be customized to client's specifics needs: holes, cutouts and different sizes as per your drawings with AISI 316L. Available also with safety glass 3+3mm glued to door.

Technical features
Material:Stainless steel AISI 304 (EN 1.4301) 1,5 mm gauge - on demand AISI 316L (EN1.4404). Mounting plate galvanized iron 2,5 mm gauge.
Frame: Structure from one stainless steel sheet bended and welded. Provided with drilling pitch and specific rails for fixing mounting plate.
Doors: Fixed on frame with stainless steel hidden hinges and relative bolt simply removable. 120° opening R or L. Inside door with tubular frame for extra stiffness.
Closing system: Outside system with multipoint rod locking system type provided with turning handle twin comb mapping 3 mm. On demand available stainless steel closing system and other kind of handle.
Rear panel: Rear panel 1,5 mm gauge bended with one piece foam in place polyurethane gasket equipped M6 screws. Double panel from depth 1400 mm.
Mounting plate: In galvanized iron, double bending, fixed on rails and depth suitable 25 mm pitch. Two mounting plate on 1600 mm wide.
Bottom plate: Two bottom plates with polyurethane gasket to guarantee the best seal.
Grounding: All panels are provided with M6x16 grounding bolts, studs and labels.
Finishing: Scotch-Brite finishing.
Supply: Single-piece equipment, eyebolts for lifting, two removable rear panels, two doors and mounting plates.
