Stainless steel cases with single door IP66 - FQ
DESCRIPTION
The FQ range of stainless steel enclosures has been built in compliance with the most recent international standards, with completely innovative construction design and protection concepts. It is therefore the ideal solution for applications in aggressivee settings typical of the food, chemical, pharmaceutical industry or for applications in outdoor environments. It is possible to supply the FQ enclosures tailormade in accordance to customer needs. On request is available transparent glass door with a 3+3mm safety glass.
General technical features
Material: Aisi 304L stainless steel; as option Aisi 316L.
Mounting plate: As standard in Fe/Zn as option in Aisi 304L or Aisi 316L.
Finiture: Scotch-brite for both Aisi 304L and Aisi 316L. On request epoxy painting process is available with various RAL colors, both smooth and embossed. As option electropolishing is available ( passivation according to ASTM B912/02).
Gasket: as standard polyurethane (-40°C +80°C), as option silicone (-50°C +200°C).
Lock: Furnished with 3mm double-bit insert Zama chrome plated for all AISI 304L products range. AISI 304L for all AISI 316L products range belonging Smart Series. On request wing locks with key, lockable wing locks and compression quarter-turn type closures.
Grounding: is provided as standard, including earthing pins, nuts, washers and labels.
Drilling: holes can be provided on all products, according to the customer's drawing and needs.
Technical documentation: files are available on formats such as Step, Dwg, Dxf, Pdf, so all the features of the products can be properly verified. Special products are developed only after receiving the order and the files will be forwarded to the customer for approval.
Process and product certifications: Company certified according to ISO 9001:2015 IMQ product Certification, Ul certification. UL certification must be request at the time of the order. There is the possibility to have UL certification for products that are not included in the dimensions mentioned in the catalogue.
